EBS, one of the largest independent Business Schools in Africa has adopted a niche and highly focus mission of delivering a narrow range of law and business related academic and professional programmes which are in high demand but with limited provision in Nigeria. The School has articulation agreement with prestigious British Universities in order to fulfil its mission. The partnership with the Bradford University Law School (BULS) is to deliver part of its Bachelors in Law (LLB) with the students joining the final year students in Bradford in the third year while the articulation agreement with Leeds Metropolitan University, UK covers the MSc Corporate Governance, MSc Accounting, Master of Laws (LLM) and Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA). The modus operandi is that EBS delivers part of the academic award in Lagos while students subsequently complete their studies with the linked British University with advanced standing.

It is important to note that a group of high ranking professors from UK and European institutions contribute to both the development and delivery of EBS programmes, and that the engagement of external assessors of leading UK Professors ensures that the delivery of high quality provision that is recognised as compliant with international best practices and UK quality assurance processes is maintained.
